I am looking for an experienced developer to build a real-time signal engine that connects to the Betfair Exchange API to extract and process market data only.

The focus is strictly on analyzing live price movements, weight of money (WoM), back/lay ratios, spreads, etc. for the purpose of statistical signal generation and visual display — not for placing or executing bets.

Key features required:
- Connect securely to Betfair Exchange API using vendor-compliant methods.
- Monitor selected markets (e.g. horse racing) in real time.

Calculate key indicators:
- Weight of Money (WoM).
- Back-to-Lay (B2L) Ratios.
- Tick Spreads.
- Price volatility / liquidity signals.
- Display data in a user-friendly dashboard or tabular format, updating live.

Stack experience must include:
- Python (e.g., FastAPI + WebSocket + Dash/Plotly).
- Node.js.
