"I am looking for a highly skilled Joomla/PHP Expert to assist with a large-scale migration project. I currently manage 100+ Joomla websites, originally built on Joomla 3.6.5 with PHP 5.1. These sites have been successfully updated to Joomla 3.10 (PHP 7.5), and now I need them migrated to the latest Joomla version (5.3.1) or any stable version that is fully compatible with PHP 8.1.

What I Will Provide:
- Website source files and database file for each site.

What You Will Deliver:
- Fully upgraded Joomla website compatible with PHP 8.1.
- Return updated source files and database after successful migration.

Key Requirements:
- Full migration of all websites from Joomla 3.10 to Joomla 5.3.1 (or equivalent stable version supporting PHP 8.1).
