"Project: A web based application - school Project for grade XI or XII student - supports students in profile building, announce activities/events for students to register and participate, schedule meetings and share information wrt admission to colleges.
Looking for following features:
a. General Features - Responsive, Optimization for 20 concurrent users, Secured log-in based access, Search – overall and by section, simple functional UI/UX, - Burger Menu & Top Bar Menu, Trigger, record and track registered activities, Integration - email notification, calendar, google meet
b. It helps build & record CV/ profile of children – Has secured structured database for profile capturing for each student. Allows counsellors or students to update profile and add details as per pre-defined fields c. Events, Activities teachers will post and students will get notification, register and participate: 1) Internship, 2) Project Opportunities, 3) Other Extracurricular activities, 4) Events (University Admission Fairs, Expert Talks, etc.), 5) Volunteering for school events
d. University Admission related announcements (circulars listed in data chronology)
e. Teacher Scheduling a meeting with Student/s and or Parents - group or individual meeting on Google meet or Teams with calendar blocking
f. Students write to teachers (feedback or a query, etc.)
g. Upload key documents which are availabe on the profile page of each students
