Description:

I’m looking to hire a dependable and resourceful WordPress assistant who’s experienced with the platform and confident handling a variety of small but important tasks. This will be an ongoing gig, paid hourly, and the better we collaborate, the more consistent work I’ll send your way.

This is NOT a position for someone who needs hand-holding or detailed video instructions for every little task. I’m looking for someone who’s naturally curious, confident, and already familiar with the WordPress ecosystem — especially its quirks and the day-to-day realities of working with it.

To make sure we’re a good fit, I may start with a small trial task to a pool of persons before assigning regular work to the chosen person

What You’ll Be Doing (Examples):
• Updating plugins and ensuring nothing breaks
• Creating or modifying forms using Gravity Forms, JetForm, or Elementor forms
• Duplicating and translating pages (copying English pages to a new language version, structure intact)
• Adding or modifying sections in Elementor
• Inserting JavaScript or HTML code into the right page locations without breaking layout
• Making quick content updates or minor fixes based on client feedback
• Occasionally troubleshooting small bugs

What I’m Looking For:
• Solid experience working with WordPress + Elementor
• Familiarity with forms plugins (Gravity Forms, JetForm, Elementor forms)
• Comfortable editing page content and structure
• Knows how to safely add scripts and small code snippets to a site
• Able to figure things out without needing step-by-step instructions
• Communicates clearly and delivers on time
• Bonus: familiarity with French or working in multilingual environments

Work Style:
• Work will be assigned on an hourly basis, not per project
• Tasks will be managed through a shared Google Sheets project tracker
• New tasks will come in regularly — sometimes weekly, sometimes multiple times per week
• The more comfortable and independent you are, the more I’ll delegate
