"I’m building an Android-only application that delivers Christian song lyrics in a way existing apps don’t. The core of the project is a clean, intuitive catalogue where users can quickly filter and sort songs, then drill down by language. Telugu is the first-class language, with Hindi, Tamil and Kannada available from day one, and a framework that lets me plug in more languages later without rewriting the whole codebase.

Beyond filtering and sorting, I want fresh touches that set this app apart. Think along the lines of smart search that recognises partial phrases, offline lyric packs, theme switching for church projector mode, or any other idea you can bring that genuinely improves the worship experience. I’m open to your creative proposals as long as they keep the interface lightweight and respectful.

Key scope
• Build a native Android app (Kotlin or Java) with modern UI patterns
• Load, display and manage lyrics in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada, plus an easy path for future additions
• Robust filtering (by language, song number, theme, writer, etc.) and multi-level sorting
• Local and cloud data storage so lyrics can be updated without forcing a new app release
• Room for at least two standout features that you suggest and we agree on before development begins
