"I have a test series Flutter mobile app backed by a Laravel-based admin panel. The core layouts and screens are already solid; what I now need is a clean, reliable extension of the app’s functionality so users can work with PDF files.

Here is the exact change I’m after:

• Add the ability for a logged-in user to upload a PDF from the device into our server via the existing Laravel API, storing the file and its metadata correctly.
• Provide a download option so any authorised user can retrieve and open those PDFs inside the app (either in an in-app viewer or by passing the file to a native viewer).
• Ensure the admin panel reflects the new files—listing, preview link, basic delete control—without disturbing current data models.

The implementation must fit seamlessly with the present codebase (Flutter 3.x, Laravel 9) and maintain the project’s existing authentication flow. I’ll share the current repository and Postman collection; all work should be committed in clearly labelled branches so I can trace each change.

Acceptance criteria
– Upload succeeds for PDF files up to the current server limit, returning a 200 with file path.
– Download opens the correct file and handles connectivity errors gracefully.
– No regressions in existing features, confirmed by running our automated tests.
