"[login to view URL] went offline. i assueme after a recent PHP upgrade, so I’m taking the opportunity to start fresh on the latest WordPress version and recreate the entire site with Elementor. The full snapshot of the old site is still visible on the Wayback Machine, and every image remains in the current WordPress media library—you’ll just need to re-place them alongside the copied text.

I want the finished product to keep the structure and content users know, but present it in a modern, clean design. Two key features must survive the move: the main contact form (same email endpoint) and the custom post type that holds my legal articles.

Deliverables
• Install and configure a clean, up-to-date WordPress build with Elementor
• Rebuild all pages and menus to mirror the archived layout
• Copy text and images from Wayback, matching original placement
• Implement the contact form and restore the custom post type with existing entries
• Preserve current URLs, titles, and basic on-page SEO
• Ensure the site loads error-free on the present PHP version
