Project description:
"I’m building an end-to-end AI telephone answering service focused on customer support and need a partner who can deliver both the brains and the interface. On the back-end I expect a scalable, API-driven engine that can ingest support knowledge bases, understand intent, and surface accurate answers in real time. On the front-end I want a clean, responsive experience that works equally well in the browser and as a mobile app, so customers and staff can interact wherever they are.

The project also includes a lightweight public site that guides new companies through account creation, plan selection, and initial bot configuration. Once signed in, users land on a web dashboard that must offer live-chat integration, a full ticketing workflow, and clear analytics/reporting on volumes, resolution times, and customer sentiment. I’m comfortable with commonly used stacks—Node or Python for the service layer, React or Vue for the web UI, and Flutter or React Native for mobile—but I’m open to your recommendations as long as they keep deployment and maintenance straightforward. Using TELNYX as the telphony service.

Key deliverables:
• AI support engine with documented REST/GraphQL endpoints
• Responsive web dashboard with live chat, ticketing, and analytics modules
• Companion iOS and Android builds sharing the same feature set
• Public onboarding site tied into the sign-up flow. Including STRIPE for payments.
• Deployment scripts and basic monitoring so I can host on AWS or GCP
