"We are seeking a passionate and dedicated gamer to play Android puzzle games and create high-quality walkthrough videos. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone who loves gaming and can commit to daily tasks with reliability. The games are puzzle-based and will feature challenging levels that require strong problem-solving skills. If you have a passion for puzzle games, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to produce consistent video content, we want to hear from you!


Job Responsibilities:

Play Android Puzzle Games: Play and complete 80 levels daily of various Android puzzle games. Each level typically takes 2–3 minutes to solve, but levels will be challenging and require sharp problem-solving skills to complete.
Record Walkthrough Videos: Record each level as a separate video, showcasing clear gameplay and solutions. Videos should be high-quality, with no lag or interruptions.
Daily Submission: Upload and send 80 videos daily to our team via a designated platform (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or another file-sharing service). No excuses for delays or missed submissions, except for approved leaves.
Consistency: Maintain a consistent schedule, playing and submitting videos every day (excluding approved leaves) without fail.


Requirements:

Passion for Gaming: Must have a genuine love for puzzle games to stay motivated and avoid burnout while playing daily.
Problem-Solving Skills: Must possess excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle hard-to-solve puzzle levels efficiently and effectively.
Technical Setup:
Must own a 5G Android smartphone or have access to a reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection to handle large video uploads (80 videos daily).
Device should support smooth gameplay and high-quality video recording (e.g., 1080p or higher).
Video Recording Skills: Basic knowledge of screen recording software/apps (e.g., AZ Screen Recorder, OBS, or built-in Android screen recording).
Videos should be clear, well-lit, and free of background noise or distractions.
Each video should focus solely on gameplay, showing the complete solution for each level.
Reliability: Ability to meet daily deadlines for submitting 80 videos, with no exceptions except for approved leaves (4 per month).
Time Management: Capable of managing time effectively to complete 80 levels (approximately 160–240 minutes of gameplay daily) and record/upload videos within a 24-hour period.
Basic Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly with the team for instructions, feedback, or troubleshooting.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience playing Android puzzle games (e.g., Candy Crush, Homescapes, color block jam or similar) with challenging levels.
Familiarity with video editing (basic trimming or formatting, if needed, though not mandatory).
Previous experience creating gaming walkthroughs or tutorial content is a plus but not required.


Project Details:

Compensation: Rs 8,500 per month (fixed rate, paid monthly).
Payment Increment: Guaranteed salary increment after 3 months of consistent and satisfactory performance (details to be discussed upon completion of the initial 3-month period).
Leaves: 4 paid leaves per month, to be scheduled in advance with prior approval from the team.
Duration: Long-term, ongoing project with a minimum commitment of 3 months, renewable based on performance.
Workload: Approximately 4–6 hours daily (80 levels x 2–3 minutes per level, plus time for recording and uploading).
Game Selection: We will provide a list of Android puzzle games to play. Games will vary, but all will be puzzle-based, feature challenging levels, and be available on the Google Play Store.

The 4 leaves per month must be requested in advance and approved by the team. Unapproved absences will not be excused.
The guaranteed payment increment will be based on performance and adherence to project requirements after the initial 3 months.
