"We are launching a new subscription-based service in Australia that provides custom AI agent setups and automation systems for businesses.

The core offer includes:
• Setup of task-based AI automations for SMB clients
• Integration with client tools (email, CRMs, Notion, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Ongoing support, edits, and performance improvements

We are seeking long-term freelance collaborators to help design, build, and maintain these AI-powered systems.

SCOPE OF WORK

Your role will involve:
• Reviewing a business’s existing workflows
• Designing automation flows using AI (OpenAI, GPT-4 API, etc.)
• Setting up backend automations via Zapier, [login to view URL], or Python
• Integrating tools like Notion, Airtable, Gmail, Google Sheets
• Testing and refining the agent logic
• Providing monthly check-in support (optional but preferred)

This is not a one-off job. We’re building a long-term team of automation experts.

We are open to specialists in different areas. You don’t need all the following, but must have strong expertise in at least 3:
• AI prompt engineering / system design (GPT-4, LangChain, etc.)
• Zapier / [login to view URL] / n8n workflow design

• JavaScript, Python, or Node.js scripting for automation
• Google Workspace integrations (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Frontend dashboard integration (Notion, Coda, etc.)
