"I need an end-to-end mobile application for the NTPC Farakka canteen that lets customers browse the menu, place and pay for orders, then follow every step of preparation and delivery in real time. Push or in-app notifications should keep both the customer and the canteen staff synced on order status changes—placed, accepted, being prepared, ready for pickup, and completed.

The build has to cover both iOS and Android from a single codebase where possible, with three distinct roles inside one backend:

• Customer – registers with email / password, views the live menu, places orders, tracks status, and reviews past orders.
• Canteen Staff – receives incoming orders instantly, updates each stage with one tap, and sees a consolidated dashboard of current workloads.
• Admin – manages menu items, prices, working hours, and user accounts, and can pull basic sales reports.

Core expectations
• Email-and-password authentication only; the flow must be secure yet frictionless.
• Real-time order status propagation to all relevant devices (socket, Firebase, or similar—your choice, just make it smooth).
• Clean, intuitive UI that works on typical staff tablets and on customer phones.
• Lightweight cloud backend that I can host under my NTPC account (Firebase, AWS, or a small VPS are all fine as long as setup docs are provided).

Deliverables
1. Source code for the mobile apps and backend.
2. A short deployment guide that lets me rebuild, rebrand, and push updates myself.
3. One brief remote walkthrough to confirm all three roles work as intended on both platforms.
