"I run a Shopify store where every online purchase is already logged, and any offline sale is also entered manually into Shopify before it ships. I now want customers to receive real-time WhatsApp messages at three touch-points: order confirmation as soon as the order (online or offline) is recorded, shipping updates when Shiprocket or Delhivery generates new tracking events, and final delivery confirmation once the courier marks the package delivered.

Key points of the build
• WhatsApp layer: I will supply access to a custom WhatsApp Business API provider (not Twilio, Vonage, or Gupshup). The job covers setting up templates, getting them approved, and wiring the API so messages flow automatically.
• Shopify hook-up: Capture the webhooks (or other reliable triggers) for order creation—even for the offline orders I manually add—to fire the initial confirmation message.
• Courier sync: Poll or listen to tracking updates from Shiprocket and, where used, Delhivery, then map those status changes to my shipping-update and delivery-confirmation WhatsApp templates.
• Error handling & reporting: Log failed sends and expose a simple dashboard or CSV export so I can audit message status.

Acceptance criteria
1. Messages for the three specified events reach my test numbers consistently within seconds of the trigger.
2. Offline orders created in Shopify trigger the same flow without extra steps from me.
3. No hard-coded secrets; API keys and tokens live in environment variables or Shopify’s secure storage.
4. Installation steps and a brief hand-off doc are supplied so I can maintain or migrate the integration later." (client-provided description)
