"I need two connected Android apps that streamline after-sales support for our material-handling equipment.
The Client app must let operators raise a ticket from the shop floor, attach photos or video, and instantly review each machine’s full maintenance history. The Service Engineer app should display every incoming ticket, show priority, route information, and track both upcoming and past preventive-maintenance jobs. Because many sites have patchy coverage, the core ticket and update flows need to work offline and sync automatically once a signal returns.
All records—tickets, schedules, parts used—live in a secure cloud database that you will architect and maintain. An admin dashboard will give me real-time visibility into open vs. closed tickets, engineer workload, and lifetime machine history, with simple CSV export.
Access must be protected by robust two-factor authentication and role-based permissions so clients see only their own assets.
Deliverables expected at hand-over:
