"This project involves building an end-to-end, web-based platform where travellers can search, compare, and securely purchase international flights. The experience should feel lively and welcoming—bright colour accents, engaging micro-interactions, and a clean layout that stays responsive from mobile to desktop.

Core experience
• Live flight search linked to a reliable schedule & booking API, returning real-time availability and fares.
• Personalised customer accounts so travellers can save passenger details, view past and upcoming itineraries, and manage basic profile settings.
• Seamless checkout that routes card payments through a recognised payment-gateway API; PCI-compliant handling of any sensitive data.

Integration approach
The flight data and booking flow will ride on an external API (think Amadeus, Sabre, or similar), while the payment step can plug into Stripe, PayPal, or another mainstream service. Everything outside those two touchpoints—account logic, UI, and admin controls—should be custom-built to keep the codebase clean and flexible.

Visual direction
Colourful and engaging is the guiding theme. The interface should feel energetic without sacrificing clarity: intuitive navigation, roomy typography, and bold yet balanced palettes. If a design system is proposed first in Figma or a comparable tool, that’s a plus for keeping development smooth.
