"I need a fully-hosted system that lets my team and I run day-to-day operations from a single dashboard. The software must be cloud native so everyone can log in simultaneously, see live data, and work without local installs or VPN headaches.

Core modules required:
• Sales tracking – create quotations, convert to invoices, record payments, and generate performance reports in real time.
• Inventory management – automatic stock level updates on every sale, low-stock alerts, multi-location control, and simple product import/export.
• Customer account management – unified customer profiles with contact details, purchase history, outstanding balances, and quick statement generation.

Smooth, intuitive UX is a priority; the system should feel modern and responsive with role-based permissions, audit logs, and secure backup routines baked in. Please structure the codebase so future integrations (payment gateways, accounting APIs, etc.) can be plugged in without major rework.
