"I already have a fully-coded React Native app with Expo and simply need a reliable engineer to compile it into an installable Android APK. The source compiles and runs in development mode, but I have not generated a signed release build yet.

Your task is to:
• set up the Android build environment (Android Studio / Gradle)
• resolve any build-time errors or dependency mismatches
• produce both a debug APK for quick testing and a properly signed, release-ready APK that meets Play Store requirements

Please keep package names, version codes and keystore credentials intact. A short note explaining any changes applied to gradle files or build scripts will complete the job.
