"I’m building a mobile marketplace devoted to buying and selling physical goods, and the entire experience has to feel seamless on both iOS and Android. The scope covers everything from first launch to final store submission, with an emphasis on three core capabilities:

• User profiles so buyers and sellers can create, edit, and manage their own storefronts
• Secure payment-gateway integration that releases funds only after a completed sale
• Real-time chat built into each listing to keep negotiations inside the app

A clean, intuitive UI is essential, but stability and security take priority. I will supply brand guidelines and product categories; you will architect the app, connect it to whatever backend you recommend, and hand over source code, build files, and publishing instructions ready for App Store and Google Play review.

Please outline your proposed tech stack (native Swift/Kotlin or a cross-platform framework such as React Native or Flutter), any third-party services you rely on for payments and messaging, and a rough milestone plan that shows how we’ll progress from design mock-ups to a fully tested release candidate.

Quality is measured by:

• Smooth account creation and login on both platforms
• Successful test transactions in sandbox mode
