"I need a clean, well-structured Android and Web application that covers the day-to-day digital needs of my school. Three user roles must exist—Admin, Teacher, and Student—and each one should land on an interface tailored to what they do.

Core flow
• Teachers create and post homework or class notes, attaching PDFs or other files. Students open the app—on phone or in a browser—and see the assignment instantly.
• Admins push fee reminders that appear in the same feed (or as notifications) and keep a panel where they can add, edit, or deactivate teacher accounts and monitor student performance figures.
• Students view homework, download the PDFs, and receive fee alerts without being able to alter any records.

Technical expectations and deliverables
1. Fully functioning Android APK plus a responsive Web version hosted on a test URL.
2. Secure login/registration for Admin, Teacher, and Student roles, each protected by role-based permissions.
3. Homework posting module with file upload (PDF, DOC, images) and real-time availability to students.
4. Fees reminder module accessible only by Admin, with scheduled push or email notifications.
5. Simple dashboard for Admin to manage teachers and see basic student performance stats.
6. Source code, database schema, and one-page setup documentation so I can deploy easily after hand-over.
