"I need a proof-of-concept platform that lets visitors create a secure Digital Tourist ID before they even leave home and then automatically activates it the moment they cross a defined geo-fence into the country. The core of the build is a blockchain ledger that records and validates each ID, storing only the essentials—Aadhaar and Passport data—along with the traveller’s itinerary and emergency contacts.

The workflow I have in mind
• A traveller enrols online, submits Aadhaar and Passport details, and receives a unique, time-bound digital ID.
• The ID stays dormant until the traveller’s phone or wearable trips the geo-fence surrounding our borders; activation happens instantly without human intervention.
• From that point forward the ID can be read at airports, hotels, and checkpoints for seamless KYC and rapid incident response, while all interactions are immutably logged on chain.

Key needs
• Smart-contract layer for issuing, updating, and revoking IDs.
• Geo-fencing logic tied to GPS / cellular APIs to trigger activation and expiry.
