We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-stack developer to build a secure, mobile-friendly web application for real-time security and yard management. The application will be the central hub for our operations, used by security guards, customers, and the site owner to efficiently track trucks, trailers, and on-site activities.

The primary goal is to replace our manual processes with a streamlined digital solution for logging truck entry/exit, reporting damages, managing customer schedules, and providing a live, comprehensive dashboard for the owner.

Key Features & Deliverables
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a fully functional, tested, and documented web application with the following core features:

Guard Portal (Mobile-First UI):

Reporting: A quick-entry form to log truck/trailer numbers, full/empty status, and entry/exit timestamps.

Damage Reports: Ability to submit detailed reports with photo uploads.

Event Log: A section for adding custom notes and event details.

Customer Portal:

Emergency Contacts: Each customer's page must display their emergency contact information.

Visitor Management: Customers can add and delete approved visitors (trucks/drivers) directly.

Real-time Tracking: A live view showing all of the customer's trucks and trailers currently inside and outside the yard, along with their loaded status (full/empty).

Pre-Scheduling: A simple interface for customers to pre-submit scheduled truck/trailer arrivals.

Approval Queue: Customers will have an interface to approve or deny visitor access requests made via QR code.

Owner/Master Portal:

User Management: Functionality to assign guards to specific sites and manage user roles.

Reporting & Analytics: Advanced filtering and export capabilities for all reports.

Real-time Dashboard: A live dashboard showing all vehicles currently in the yard, updated instantly via WebSockets or similar technology.

The QR Code & Access Approval Workflow
This is a critical part of the project. The system must support the following multi-step approval process:

A first-time visitor (e.g., a truck driver) will scan a QR code at the property entrance.

The QR code directs them to a secure web form where they can request access.

This request then enters an approval queue that is visible to the relevant customer and the site's security guard.

Both the customer and the guard must be able to manually review and approve or deny the request. Access is not granted automatically.

Upon approval, the guard's portal is updated, allowing them to proceed with the truck's check-in.

Technical Stack & Requirements
We are looking for a developer with hands-on experience in building scalable solutions. Our preferred tech stack for this project is:

Frontend: React (with a mobile-first, responsive design).

Backend: Node.js (Express) or Laravel (PHP).

Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Hosting: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is required.

Security: Robust, role-based access control and secure authentication (e.g., JWT).

Real-time: Proficient with WebSockets or similar technology for live updates (for both the owner and customer portals).
