"Build a lightweight reservation system for one restaurant. Customers request a date/time/party size; the app checks capacity and confirms or suggests alternatives.

Scope (MVP):
Public booking form (date, time, party size, name, email).
Configurable slot rules (e.g., X tables per 30-minute slot).
Prevent double-booking beyond capacity.
Manager view: list, approve/cancel, notes.
Email confirmations (SMTP sandbox acceptable).

Deliverables:
Working app + admin panel.
README + .[login to view URL] and seed data for slots.
Demo video (2–3 mins).
