"The job is to turn my five-page service website concept into a working, customer-support hub within the next month. Each page should be clean, responsive and built with future maintenance in mind, but two core features matter most:

• A calculator that pulls live product information from another site—no generative AI or LLMs, just a direct fetch through an API, webhook, or another reliable non-AI method you’re comfortable with. Accuracy and speed of that live feed are essential, and the data has to display neatly inside the calculator’s results.

• An FAQ chatbot that answers only from a knowledge base I will keep updated. Think rule-based or keyword matching, not AI-driven conversation. I need an easy way to add, edit and delete Q&A pairs so the replies stay current.

Everything else (layout, colours, copy placement, contact form, basic SEO) supports these two pieces. I’m happy to work with PHP, Python, Node.js or a front-end-heavy stack, so long as the final site loads quickly, runs securely, and can be handed over with clear setup instructions.

Acceptance is complete when:
1. All five pages are live on my host and responsive on mobile and desktop.
2. The calculator returns real-time data from the external site without errors.
3. The chatbot replies instantly and only with answers from the supplied bank.
4. I receive documented steps for updating both the product feed endpoint and the FAQ content.
