Project description:
"We are looking for a skilled full-stack developer to build a web and mobile app for an AFL season-long tipping competition, "The Rabble League." Users will pay to join, tip winners for each game, and earn points equal to the TAB odds of the winning team (0 if wrong). Odds will be automatically captured 1 minute before bounce and stored as the authoritative source for scoring.

Key Requirements:
- Platforms: Web app (responsive, React/[login to view URL] preferred), Mobile app (React Native or Flutter).
- Core Features (Players): User sign-up/login, payment gateway integration (Stripe or similar in AUD), fixtures and results from AFL API, automatic TAB odds capture at T-1 minute, tip locking, odds-based scoring system, leaderboard.
- Admin Centre: Manage users, control entry fees & prize pool, double-score rounds, manual overrides, payments dashboard, audit logs and exports.
- Backend: API (FastAPI or Node.js), PostgreSQL database, background jobs for fixtures/odds sync & scoring, Redis/queue for scheduling odds capture and locks.

Deliverables:
- Fully functional web and mobile apps ready for launch.
- Admin dashboard with required functionalities.
- Secure payment integration.
- Automated fixtures/odds sync using AFL data and TAB Studio API.
- Documentation and basic monitoring tools.
