"I’m assembling a long-term technology partnership to bring a full-scale mobility and delivery super app to market. We will lead with ride-hailing, then layer in car-rental and food-/grocery-delivery modules as the platform matures.

Core experience
From day one the rider and driver apps must feel effortless: clean UI, real-time vehicle tracking, seamless in-app payments, robust rating and review flows, and a serviceable fleet-management dashboard. For the car-rental arm I will rely heavily on the three pillars I selected—real-time tracking, in-app payment, and end-to-end vehicle management—so a team already comfortable with telematics, payment gateways, and inventory logic will be a natural fit.

Scope of the build
• Native-like performance on both iOS and Android (React Native, Flutter, or true native—open to your recommendation).
• Scalable, microservice-friendly backend (Node, Go, Java, or similar) with real-time sockets, push notifications, and a modular architecture so the delivery and rental segments can slot in without rewrites.
• Separate driver, renter, courier, and admin portals tied together through a single sign-on and common data layer.
• CI/CD pipeline, automated testing, and detailed technical documentation so we can iterate quickly after launch.
• Post-launch maintenance and feature sprints covered under a defined SLA.

Acceptance criteria
1. Functional iOS and Android apps published to TestFlight and internal Play Console tracks.
2. Production-ready backend deployed on our cloud account, passing load tests for 10k concurrent users.
3. Admin panel capable of live trip monitoring, fleet assignment, and payment reconciliation.
4. Complete source code, build scripts, and API docs handed over at each milestone.
