"Receive JSON alerts via HTTP and relay them to a configured Telegram bot or Discord webhook with a message template. Keep a delivery log and retries.

Scope (MVP):
Authenticated POST endpoint to accept alerts.
Channel config screen (Telegram bot token/chat id OR Discord webhook URL).
Message template mapping (map JSON fields).
Delivery log: timestamp, response code, status.
Retry on failures (e.g., exponential backoff up to 3).

Deliverables:
Service + minimal admin UI.
README with sample cURL and a seed config.
Demo video (show receiving → relaying).
