"I want a straightforward way to interact with the SMS inbox of any authorised Android handset from a browser-based dashboard. The Android app you build will sit quietly on the phone, authenticate the user with an email-and-password login, and then stream every new message to the server while accepting send commands coming the other way. From the web side I expect a clean, responsive interface where I can:

• read every incoming SMS in real time,
• compose and send outgoing messages,
• create, edit and delete contact entries.

The phone should continue to work normally for the end-user; your code simply mirrors activity to the cloud through a secure API you develop. Push or web-socket style updates are preferred so the dashboard never needs a manual refresh.

Deliverables and acceptance criteria
• Production-ready APK plus full Android Studio project.
• Backend source (any modern stack) with documented REST or WebSocket endpoints.
• Web dashboard code and compiled build, tested on the latest Chrome and Firefox.
• Email-and-password sign-up / login flow, salted hashing, and token-based session handling.
• Clear setup guide so I can deploy the server on a standard VPS and publish the app to other devices.

Once everything is live I should be able to log in, register a handset, and immediately send or read texts from the dashboard without touching the phone." (client-provided description)
