"A minimal delivery tracker for a small shop. Customers place an order and see its status; the dispatcher updates the status.

Scope (MVP):
Phone/email login with OTP mock (code shown in console/email sandbox).
Create order: items, text, address, notes.
Status flow: New → Preparing → Out for Delivery → Delivered (forward only).
Customer read-only order page; dispatcher board with filters.
Optional: email notification on status change (sandbox OK).

Deliverables:
App + codebase.
README + seed orders.
Demo video.
