"I want a lightweight Vue.js single-page web application that can both read and write NFC tags containing contact information in standard vCard format. The flow is simple: a user opens the app in any Web-NFC–compatible browser, taps an empty tag to encode their details, and later another user can tap that tag to have the same page instantly display the vCard and let them save it to their contacts.

Key points to keep in mind
• The NFC interaction must handle both directions—writing freshly generated vCards as well as reading existing ones and parsing them for display.
• Only contact information is required; no URLs or free-text payloads.
• Build it with Vue.js 3 (composition API preferred) so I can slot it into an existing Vue workspace.

Deliverables
• Full Vue.js source code with clear comments and a concise README explaining how to build and run locally.
• A live demo or deployment instructions so I can test on Android Chrome (and any other browser that supports Web NFC).
• Confirmation that write–read–parse works on at least one real NFC tag and device, including any browser permission handling.
