Project: Sandura — Supplier & Ready-Mix Marketplace (Addis Ababa, Ethiopia)


Objective

We are seeking an experienced web developer (full-stack) to implement major updates on the Sandura platform. The updates include improving the Become a Supplier onboarding flow, integrating branding corrections, refining logo usage, adding imagery, and introducing Ready-Mix Concrete listings.

The goal is to create a compliance-driven supplier onboarding process and expand the marketplace to allow ready-mix concrete companies to list and sell their concrete types online.

Scope of Work

Become a Supplier Flow

Add/adjust form fields (company info, material types, trucks, capacity).

Make compliance uploads mandatory (Business License, Trade Registration, VAT, TIN, etc.).

Add extra fields for aggregate & river sand suppliers.

Submission flow: Submit → Agreement popup → Accept → Admin review → Notify supplier.

Notifications via email/SMS.

Secure storage of documents & metadata.


Supplier Agreement Popup

Triggered on submission.

Scrollable agreement text + required checkbox.

Store version ID + timestamp with supplier record.

Ready-Mix Marketplace

Onboarding for ready-mix companies (company info + compliance docs).

Ability to create Concrete Type listings with attributes: grade, mix, slump, aggregate size, price, min order, lead time, delivery options.

Public-facing company cards & product listings with filters (grade, price, lead time, radius).

Admin approval for listings, compliance checks.

Material Type Taxonomy

Controlled categories: Aggregates, River Sand, Ready-Mix Concrete, Cement, Chemicals/Admixtures, Other.

Imagery Integration

Add HD visuals for aggregates, raw materials, and concrete (from Pexels or other free stock).

Use in supplier pages, marketplace, and galleries.

Deliverables

Updated Become a Supplier page with compliance-driven fields and agreement modal.
