"I need a Tauri 2.0 application for macOS that integrates a context menu directly into Finder at the root level, not under services. The app should be able to open with parameters and allow users to add and remove context menu options from within the app itself. When i right click a file on mac i will see the normal finder right click context menu with this additional menu that the app has added.

Key Requirements:
- Develop the example app tauri Rust.
- Integrate a "Send to Tauri" option in the Finder context menu - automatically once user installs the app user has the ability to remove that conext menu and readd from the app.
- Ensure the app can open with parameters. ie after i right clicked file and click send to tauri on finder the tauri app will open app and will show which file path was clicked and sent.
- Provide functionality to add and remove context menu options from the app.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
