"I’m launching a full-featured online store and need the entire web presence planned and built from the ground up. Below is everything you should know before deciding whether this project is the right fit for you.

Project overview
The core deliverable is a production-ready e-commerce website. Beyond the usual catalogue, cart and payment flow, the store must allow shoppers to leave verified customer reviews and ratings directly on product pages.

Objectives
• Seamlessly convert visitors into buyers through intuitive UX and fast performance.
• Collect and showcase authentic reviews to build social proof and repeat sales.
• Provide a scalable foundation for future features such as advanced search or promotional modules.

Target audience
Primary shoppers are style-conscious adults, 25–45, browsing on mobile first and valuing honest feedback from other customers before purchasing. The brand must look modern, trustworthy and easy to navigate even on slower mobile networks.

Scope of work & deliverables
1. User-researched wireframes, mobile-first responsive design and final UI assets.
2. Custom-built or platform-based storefront (Shopify, WooCommerce, or a comparable framework—state your preference).
3. Secure checkout, payment gateway integration and order management dashboard.
4. Customer review & rating system with moderation controls.
5. Basic SEO setup, analytics tagging and performance optimisation.
6. Style guide covering logo usage, colour palette, typography and iconography so any future marketing materials stay on-brand.
7. Handover package: all source code, database schema, documentation and editable design files.

Brand guidelines
If existing assets are limited, create a cohesive visual language that aligns with the target demographic. All artwork should be delivered in SVG for vector elements, plus optimised PNG/JPG alternatives for fallback.

Technical requirements & constraints
• Lightweight, standards-compliant HTML5/CSS3, ES6+ JavaScript and semantic markup.
• Images ≤ 250 KB each, WebP preferred where supported.
• All design files in Figma or Adobe XD; exported assets must include 2× retina sizes.
• Code repository hosted on GitHub (or Bitbucket) with clear commit history.
• Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA minimum.

Timeline & budget
