"I have an existing web page that needs two quick but important updates. First, I want to offer several PDF documents as downloadable links. A portion of those files is already finished and waiting in a folder; the rest still need to be generated from source material I will supply (Word documents and a few images).

While we are integrating the new links, I would also like a light refresh of the page layout so the downloads feel naturally embedded in the content flow—think cleaner spacing, consistent fonts, and a subtle call-to-action style that matches the current site branding. No major overhaul, just enough CSS and HTML fine-tuning to keep the page tidy and the user experience smooth on both desktop and mobile.

Deliverables:
• Newly created PDFs in web-ready format, named and sized for fast download
