Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer (or team) to build a mobile app (Android + iOS) for a local services marketplace in Africa (starting with Zambia). The app should allow users to post service jobs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) and connect them with nearby service providers in real time.

Core Flow (Customer Side):

User creates a job listing with text + images.

Service providers within a 10 km radius receive a notification.

Providers can place bids (quote + short note).

Customer reviews bids, provider profiles, ratings, verification badge, and reviews.

Customer awards the job.

Payment is handled offline (cash or mobile money).

Customer leaves a rating & review.

Core Flow (Provider Side):

Register and complete profile verification (upload ID + skill certificates where applicable).

Receive real-time notifications of nearby jobs.

View job details (location, images, description).

Place a bid (price + availability).

Manage profile (bio, skills, verification status, rating, completed jobs).

Maintain active subscription to continue receiving leads.

Subscription model for providers (monthly fee to access & bid on jobs, with 1-month free trial).
