"I have an ESP32 board that I want to turn into a practical IoT solution. The firmware must handle both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth simultaneously so the device can push data to the cloud over Wi-Fi while still exposing a local BLE interface for configuration and troubleshooting.

You will start from a clean ESP-IDF or Arduino-ESP32 project (whichever you prefer) and build stable, well-commented code that:
• boots reliably, connects to a predefined Wi-Fi network, and auto-reconnects if the link drops
• exposes a simple REST or MQTT endpoint to publish sensor readings (the exact payload can be a placeholder JSON for now)
• opens a BLE service with at least one characteristic that mirrors the same data and accepts basic configuration commands
• includes concise build instructions and a short README so I can reproduce the binary on my machine

I may add temperature, motion, or other sensors later, so keep the code modular and clearly separate the hardware-abstraction layer. Once you deliver the source, a compiled binary, and the documentation, I will flash and run a five-minute connectivity test to confirm everything works over both transports before signing off."
