"I want a lightweight personal portfolio built with pure HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript. It will be a four-section site—Home, About, Projects and Contact—kept strictly minimalist in look and feel. The layout has to scale smoothly from mobile to desktop, with clean typography, generous whitespace and simple animation flourishes where they add value.

You will be showcasing only my web-development projects, so the Projects page should accommodate code-centric screenshots, short tech-stack blurbs and links to GitHub. I don’t have fixed brand colours yet; please suggest a restrained palette that complements a modern, minimal theme. Feel free to propose two or three quick mock-ups before coding so we can lock the direction early.

Timing is tight: I need the finished site, tested and deployed to my hosting, within seven days of award. I have set aside roughly ₹1,000–₹2,000 and can release half on approved design and the rest on delivery of all source files, instructions and a quick walkthrough of how to update content.
