"I am ready to move [login to view URL] into its next phase and would like a full-stack developer or team to build a fresh version that keeps our reputation for verified agricultural land while adding the functionality today’s buyers, sellers and investors expect.

Core feature additions
• Advanced search filters so visitors can instantly narrow results by crop suitability, soil quality, acreage, price band and proximity to major cities.
• Interactive maps (Leaflet, Mapbox or similar) displaying plot boundaries, route options and nearby infrastructure.
• User reviews and star ratings attached to each listing to improve transparency and trust.
• Role-based logins with dedicated dashboards for Developers, Investors and standard Users; each role will see the data and tools most relevant to them.

Project scope
You will redesign the front end for speed and clarity, connect it to our existing database (MySQL) or migrate to a scalable alternative, and deliver a fully responsive experience across mobile and desktop. I’m open to React, Vue or Angular on the client side and Node, Laravel or Django on the back end, as long as the stack is widely supported and maintainable.

Acceptance criteria
1. All four features above are live on a staging URL and demonstrated end-to-end.
2. Page load and search response times under two seconds on 4G mobile.
3. Clean, well-commented code pushed to our private Git repository with setup instructions.
4. No regressions in current functionality: existing listings, contact forms and admin approvals must continue to work flawlessly.
