"I am building an interactive map focused exclusively on electric-vehicle charging stations. Each pin must show real-time availability so drivers instantly know whether a port is free or occupied. In the interface, users also need a simple filter that lets them display stations by charging speed only; no other filter options are required right now.

You are free to work with Google Maps, Mapbox, OpenStreetMap, or another reliable mapping SDK—whichever lets you pull live status data and render it smoothly on web and mobile. I will supply any API keys or data feeds that are needed for the availability layer.

Core expectations:
• Clean map UI with clustered pins that expand gracefully on zoom
• Real-time status indicator (e.g., green = available, red = busy) pulled from the provided feed at reasonable refresh intervals
• Single-select filter for charging speed that updates results instantly without a page reload
• Clear, commented code plus a short read-me so I can configure keys and deploy
