"Project Summary

We need a new company website that looks professional today and can grow into a customer portal later.
Right now we only have the budget for the public website (Phase 1). The rest of the portal will be added over time, so the site should be built in a way that makes adding those features easier when we’re ready.

• Pages we can easily edit ourselves to update services and other content.

Planned Future Features (Not Part of the First Contract)

These are for later, but we want the developer to keep them in mind:

Phase 2 – Customer Accounts
• Secure login with two-step verification (MFA).
• Customers can update their contact info and list an authorized billing contact.

Phase 3 – RMM Integration (NinjaOne)
• Connect to our current help-desk system through a direct API or middleware like Zappier for customers to open/track support tickers and more

Phase 4 – Billing (Quickbooks)
• Customers can see past and current invoices and pay online via API



What We’d Like From You
• A short note on the tools or platform you recommend (for example WordPress, or another simple setup).
• A rough timeline and cost estimate for Phase 1.
• Instructions so our staff can keep the site updated after hand-off.


Payment Terms
• Phase 1: Fixed project price.
• Phases 2–4: Hourly rate once those phases are approved and scheduled.


Hosting

We’re considering AWS Lightsail because it’s simple and affordable.
If you think another reliable option (like a shared host or similar cloud service) would work better for this first phase, we’re open to suggestions." (client-provided description)
