Project description:
"I need a lightweight, single-purpose website that lets more than 3,000 invitees complete a survey quickly and without any login barriers. The only goal is to capture their responses cleanly, store or forward the data in a format I can download (CSV or similar), and to do so while looking exactly at home beside our existing CRC London website and Instagram feed. Ideally it would integrate to a google sheet

Visual direction
The microsite has to mirror CRC London’s aesthetic: identical colour palette, the same headline and body fonts, and the cohesive imagery/icons style you see across our social posts. I will provide links, brand assets, and access to the Instagram grid; the implementation must respect spacing, hierarchy, and the overall “feel” so visitors know they are still within the CRC ecosystem. I have a branding document you can use for this

Functionality
• No authentication—anyone with the link can open the page and start the survey. Ideally we have a private link
• The survey itself can be a custom HTML/CSS form, but more professional and aesthetic than Typeform/Google Form, or a lightweight React/Vue component—whichever keeps load time low and styling flexible.
• Responsive design so the experience is identical on mobile and desktop.
• A success screen or toast confirming submission.
• Optional but welcome: Google Analytics (or similar) event tracking for “visit” and “submit”.

Deliverables
1. Fully-styled, responsive microsite (HTML/CSS/JS or light framework) matching CRC brand guidelines.
2. Integrated survey capturing all form data to a downloadable source.
3. Deployment instructions plus a zipped build ready for my preferred host.
4. One revision round after I review the staging link.

Acceptance criteria
• Page scores 90+ on Google Lighthouse mobile performance.
• Visual match to CRC reference pages within a 2 px tolerance for type sizes and colour codes.
• Test submissions appear in the chosen data store within 3 seconds.

If a tool or library is needed, keep it minimal and note the version so I can maintain it later." (client-provided description)
