"I’m building several separate sites and want to keep them lightning-fast and maintenance-free, so they must be delivered as plain static files—no WordPress or other CMS layers. Here’s how I picture the collaboration: I’ll supply the sitemap, copy, images, and any brand guidelines for each project.
