2. Administrator Features (Web Portal)
Can set the price per kilometer.
Can set the starting price.
Can set the waiting time rate (per second).
Can set the traffic delay rate (traffic time is incorporated into the kilometer price).
Can configure the distance threshold (e.g., within 2 km) for incoming ride notifications to be sent to drivers.
Manages incoming ride notifications: once a driver accepts a ride, the notification disappears for other drivers.
Can view customer and driver data.
Can view ride history (which customer was transported by which driver, along with the timestamp).
Can block drivers.
3. Driver Features (Web App)
Displays a real-time meter that tracks the fare (accurate to the cent).
Meter records:
Distance (tracked precisely via GPS, every millimeter is counted).
Waiting time (counted per second).
Traffic delay time is added to the kilometer price.
Driver can start and stop the meter when the ride starts or ends.
Driver receives ride notifications within the specified distance from the customer.
