"I’m building a two-sided transportation marketplace that runs on both iOS and Android. Riders simply pay the trip fare, while drivers keep 100 % of what they earn and instead cover a recurring monthly subscription to stay active on the platform.

Core flow
• Riders request a trip from point A to point B.
• Nearby drivers receive the request, accept or decline, navigate to pickup, and complete the ride.
• Payment is processed in-app; subscription fees for drivers are handled automatically each month.

Driver experience
The driver app must show live GPS turn-by-turn navigation, an earnings dashboard that updates in real time after every ride, and a rating system that lets drivers rate riders once the trip ends.

Rider experience
Riders see real-time vehicle movement on the map, receive an upfront fare estimate before confirming, and can rate drivers at the end of the journey.

Platform & stack expectations
A single codebase with native performance—React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin/Swift pairs—works for me as long as it ships to both stores without feature gaps. Firebase, AWS Amplify, or a similar BaaS is acceptable for user auth, real-time updates, and push notifications, provided the service scales cleanly.

Key deliverables
1. iOS and Android apps for riders and drivers, ready for App Store and Google Play submission.
2. Admin panel (web or mobile) to manage users, rides, payments, and monthly driver subscriptions.
3. Secure payment gateway integration for trip fares and automated subscription billing.
4. Cloud backend with REST or GraphQL APIs, real-time sockets for live tracking, and database schema.
5. Technical documentation and a short handover session so my team can maintain and scale the codebase.

Acceptance criteria
• Live tracking latency under 2 seconds on a typical 4G connection.
• Accurate fare estimates within ±5 % of final charge.
