"HubSpot CMS Developer – Modular Redesign & Custom Styling

We're looking for an experienced HubSpot CMS Developer to help us refactor an existing website (originally built using a HubSpot Marketplace template) into a modular, easy-to-maintain version — while retaining the overall design. Also need to make it Mobile Responsive

The key focus is on:
Mobile Responsive design
Breaking the current layout into modular drag-and-drop sections.
Improving flexibility for future content changes via the CMS.
Standardising fonts, colours, and styles across the site using HubSpot’s theme settings and global partials.

Project Scope:
Review the current template and identify reusable modules and layouts.
Build custom modules using HubL, HTML, CSS (and JS if needed) to replicate the current layout and functionality.
Ensure compatibility with HubSpot's drag-and-drop editor for marketing-friendly content updates.
Update and streamline theme styling, fonts, and responsiveness.
Ensure the final setup is easy to manage, scalable, and meets best practices for HubSpot CMS.

Must-Haves:

Proven HubSpot CMS development experience (HubL, Design Manager, Custom Modules).
Experience working with HubSpot themes and drag-and-drop modules.
Ability to translate static designs into dynamic, modular templates.
Strong understanding of responsive design and performance optimization.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate asynchronously.

Nice to Have:
HubSpot CMS certification.
Experience integrating forms, CTAs, and other HubSpot marketing tools.
UX/UI understanding for layout improvements.
