"I’m looking for someone comfortable wearing two hats: light-touch ethical hacker and pragmatic developer. On the security side I need quick, methodical checks for common weaknesses—think recon, basic enumeration, and simple exploit validation—followed by a short report that flags each issue and suggests an immediate fix.

Once the low-hanging security gaps are mapped out, I’d like you to roll straight into the codebase to patch them and, where relevant, tidy up or extend existing functionality. Nothing bleeding-edge here; it’s about clear, actionable improvements rather than exhaustive penetration tests.

You’ll have access to a staging environment plus the current repository. Deliverables are:
• A concise vulnerability summary with reproducible steps
• Pull requests or commits that resolve the findings, each one self-documented
