"I have a single-page, custom-built landing page that’s already receiving paid traffic from Google Ads. What I still need is accurate conversion data. Specifically, I want the form-submission event to fire as a Google Ads conversion every time a visitor completes the form and reaches the “thank-you” state. There are no phone-call or purchase goals—just that one form.

You’ll implement the tracking with whichever approach is fastest and most reliable for a custom site—whether that’s the native Google tag ([login to view URL]) dropped directly into the code or a Google Tag Manager container. I just need to see the conversion recorded inside my Google Ads account and confirmed by a test submission.

Deliverables:
• Properly installed global site tag or GTM container
• Conversion action configured in Google Ads for the form submission
• One live test proving the tag fires and shows as “verified” in the Ads interface
• A brief note explaining where the code lives in case I update the page later
