Project description:
"I am looking for an experienced Glide developer to build three internal applications. These apps will be deployed under our own Glide subscription and must be created directly within our workspace.

The priority applications are as follows.

1. Declaration of Independence Form :
- A digital form that each employee must fill and sign.
- A tracking dashboard to monitor submissions.
- Each completed and signed form should be stored and available in an exportable format (PDF/Excel).

2. Image Rights Form :
- Same principle as above: employees fill and sign a consent form.
- A tracking dashboard to monitor submissions.
- Completed forms should be exportable.

3. Meeting Attendance Sheet :
- Ability to create a meeting record (date, location, client).
- Generate a QR code or link that participants can use to check in/sign attendance.
- An exportable recap sheet with all details (participants, date, client, etc.).

Requirements :
- Strong experience with Glide app development (please share portfolio or examples).
- Ability to design user-friendly forms and dashboards.
- Knowledge of data export options (PDF, Excel, CSV).
- Experience with QR code generation and sign-in workflows.
- Clear communication and documentation.

Deliverables :
- 3 functional apps deployed in our Glide workspace.
- Exportable reports/forms for each use case.
- Documentation for app management and updates.

Additional Information :
- I will provide the legal forms/templates to be digitized.
- Security and confidentiality are very important (legal and HR documents).
- The freelancer should be available for follow-up improvements after initial delivery.
