"My website suddenly went down and security scans are now flagging malware. Access to the admin area is still possible, but the front-end is unavailable to visitors. I do have a backup, though it is more than a month old, so restoring from it may mean losing recent content and orders; I would prefer a clean-up in place if feasible.

The job is straightforward: identify every malicious file or script, remove them safely, close the vulnerability that allowed the breach, and bring the site back online. Please also harden the server, update any out-of-date plugins or dependencies, and document the changes so I can keep the site secure moving forward.

Deliverables
• Complete malware removal and confirmation that the site is loading normally
• Written summary of the root cause and the fixes applied
• Hardening steps implemented (patches, permission tweaks, recommended security plugins or firewall rules)
• Final scan report showing the site is clean (Sucuri, Wordfence or similar)
