"I’m building a single product that lives in two places: a mobile app (iOS and Android) and a companion web application. Both surfaces must share the same membership logic—Free users can browse public areas, while Paid subscribers unlock our videos and other multimedia assets.

Your first milestone is to wire up a solid membership system: user registration, authentication, payment handling (in-app purchases for Apple / Google and a web gateway such as Stripe or similar), plus server-side checks so the restricted video URLs stay secure. Once that foundation is in place, I’ll rely on you to roll out UI tweaks and feature updates quickly on both codebases without breaking parity.

I’m flexible on the web stack; pick React, Angular, Vue.js or something comparable if it speeds us up, but make sure it aligns with whatever cross-platform mobile framework you prefer (React Native, Flutter, etc.) so we can share as much business logic as possible. Clean, well-commented code and clear commit history are a must because the project will keep evolving.

Deliverables
• iOS and Android builds ready for TestFlight / internal testing
• Fully functional web app deployed to a staging URL
• Unified back-end or cloud functions that enforce the Free vs Paid access rules for video content
• Payment integration tested end-to-end on mobile and web
• Brief hand-off document covering environment setup and how to extend the membership tiers in future

Acceptance criteria: a new Free account must be blocked when attempting to stream any premium video, while a Paid account created moments later must gain instant access across both platforms without additional log-in steps.
