"I’m ready to launch a new lead-generation site and would like your help turning the idea into a polished, conversion-focused reality. The core of the build is two straightforward funnels—one for email sign-ups and another that drives visitors to book a consultation. Each step needs to feel seamless on both desktop and mobile so prospects move naturally from landing page to thank-you page without friction.

To increase engagement and boost conversion rates, I want several third-party AI tools woven into the experience:

• A chatbot that can answer common questions in real time and collect contact details when appropriate.
• A lightweight recommendation engine that suggests the most relevant service package or article based on a visitor’s on-page behaviour.
• An analytics layer that tracks every key event inside the funnels and feeds data back to a simple dashboard so I can see where we win or lose leads.
