"I’m putting together a Ludo game that runs exclusively on Android and focuses on fast, seamless online play. The whole experience should revolve around public matchmaking—no private rooms, friend invites, or chat—just quick entry into a fair, balanced lobby where players are paired automatically and dropped straight into a match.

Core scope
• Full Ludo rule set implemented for four-token gameplay
• Reliable real-time multiplayer with a simple “Play” button that handles lobby creation, opponent matching, and reconnection if someone’s data signal flickers
• Clean, touch-friendly interface optimised for phones (portrait is fine; landscape optional)
• Lightweight backend or P2P solution that keeps latency low and ensures all turns stay in sync
• Basic UI for player names, turn indicator, dice animation, and a match result screen

Deliverables
1. Production-ready Android APK plus signed AAB suitable for Google Play upload
2. Source code with clear build instructions (Java/Kotlin, Flutter, or Unity—whichever you prefer)
3. Short README explaining server setup (if a dedicated backend is used) and how the matchmaking flow works
4. One week post-handover support for critical bug fixes

Acceptance criteria
• A test build installed on my own device pairs me with another tester through public matchmaking and completes a full match without desync
• No crashes on Android 8.0 and above
• Game logic follows standard Ludo rules from start to finish
